1. Who we are

2. Purchase terms

These terms apply to orders placed on the website. Quoted projects are also subject to expressly agreed conditions. The version presented at purchase applies; later updates do not change existing contracts.

Provide accurate information and review products, quantities, sizes, colours, personalisation, address and payment before final confirmation. Do not use the website unlawfully or place fraudulent orders.

3. Products, prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs and the total are shown before confirmation. Available methods appear at checkout and on our payment page.

We will contact you about unavailability or a material error. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher amount without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, amounts due will be refunded as required by law.

4. Personalisation and approval

Check spelling, images, sizes and positioning before ordering. Screen and material colours can differ; this does not remove our obligation to supply goods that conform to the agreement.

Special requests, including embroidery, require technical assessment and a quote. Production timing and conditions are confirmed before acceptance. Contact us immediately about changes; feasibility depends on the stage of work.

5. Image usage terms

When uploading images, photographs, logos, text or other content, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use and reproduce it for your order. This includes copyright, trademarks and the image rights of people shown.

Finding an image online does not give you permission to use it. An adaptation, parody or altered logo may still be protected. If unsure, obtain permission from the rights holder before uploading.

You authorise Megaphone to use and reproduce the content only as necessary to prepare, produce and deliver your order and provide related support. You do not transfer ownership or authorise advertising use through this declaration.

We may request evidence of permission or refuse content where there are indications of infringement or unlawful use. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund unperformed work, as applicable. This declaration does not remove Megaphone’s legal responsibilities.

To report a possible infringement, email geral@megaphone.pt, identifying the content and rights concerned.

6. Delivery

See delivery and returns for services, costs and estimates. Transit times start at dispatch and are separate from preparation and production. The agreed deadline and statutory rights for delay or non-delivery apply.

Check your address and tell us about any errors. Contact us about transport damage; a carrier’s involvement does not remove your consumer rights.

7. Exchanges and withdrawal

For catalogue items, including existing designs printed after ordering with standard size, model and colour options, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Production after purchase alone does not exclude this right.

Send the items back within 14 days of your notice. You pay direct change-of-mind return costs. Refunds are made within the statutory 14 days after notification, but may be withheld pending receipt or evidence of return. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Full returns include standard outbound delivery but not any premium delivery surcharge.

We accept requests to exchange catalogue items; confirm availability and new delivery costs with us. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess an item may result in a deduction for diminished value.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as items with your names, text or uploaded images, are excluded from withdrawal. We do not exchange these items for preference or an incorrect size choice. The exception does not depend on production having started.

8. Legal guarantee and conformity

All items, including personalised goods, benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity. For defects, production errors, incorrect goods or damage, contact us with your order number and available supporting information.

Your rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination remain subject to the conditions set out by law. Remedies for non-conformity are free of charge. These rights are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period.

9. Personal data and intellectual property

Data processing is explained in our privacy policy. Website content belongs to its respective rights holders and must not be reused without a legal basis or appropriate permission.

10. Support, complaints and applicable law

Use our contact details for support or complaints. You may also use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book and competent alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies. Information is available from the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers.

Portuguese law applies without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer protections, including those for cross-border purchases. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
