Use or purchase of the products or services constitutes acceptance of the following conditions. Products / Services

In addition to the huge range of designs available, Megaphone offers a wide range of item customization services, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs, hats, backpacks, caps, hats, sports jerseys, sleeve digs t-shirts among others through methods of stamping, transfer, direct digital printing, sublimation and embroidery. The purchase of customized products by the customer requires the request for a previous quote through our communication channels mentioned above. Campaigns such as free shipping or discount codes will not apply to custom orders as well as return of these items.

Using the Website

By accessing the Megaphone website the customer undertakes to:

• Use the Website to browse the site or place legally valid orders.
• Do not place any false or fraudulent orders.

Prices shown

Prices must be in euros and include VAT (value added tax) applicable at the date of the invoice, but do not include shipping charges which will be added at checkout. Any changes to the applicable VAT type will be reflected in product prices.

Megaphone reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time and declines any price or specification errors for any errors published on the site. Buying process

Purchases should only be made by adults or minors when accompanied by their guardians.

• Click buy to add the item to the shopping cart.
• To finalize the order go to the shopping cart, check that everything is as desired and click finish.
• Log in to your account, if you are not a customer you can create a new account and enjoy all the advantages of being a customer or finish as a guest without having to create an account.
• Confirm the shipping address, if not correct you can change the address. Pay special attention to filling in the address. A successful delivery is dependent on a correct address.
• Check the shipping method.
• Double check all shipping information if correct click continue.
• Choose the payment method from the available ones.

• If you want to add a note to the order you can do so in the field below.

Out of Stock Production Unavailability

Megaphone usually ensures the availability of all articles, services and products. However, in the event of a stock failure or inability to produce, the customer will be advised and proposed to replace, cancel (return the amount paid) or postpone the order..

Customization Request by Customer

It will be possible to make customizations at the clients request be it text, image or embroidery.

Budget / Possibility

The quote request must always be through our contacts. Having the customer send us the detailed description of the intended as well as the quantities, item (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, mugs, caps, backpacks, caps, caps, hats, sports sweatshirts, sleeve cava t-shirts etc. ) and desired colors.

Mockup / Preview

Custom order shipping

The value of shipping will always be applied upon request. At the time of budget Megaphone will inform the amount of shipping costs..

It is not possible to use any campaign running on customer-customized orders.

Return / Exchange Custom Items

Customer will not be able to exchange/return custom items except for defective items.

Copyright in customizations

Megaphone will not make customizations that use other brand names / logos. However, since we cannot verify the legitimacy of all images, it is the customers responsibility to use these elements in customizations.
