How do I place an order?

You can order through the site, you can see how to order here. If you don't feel like doing it on the site you can always do it by email, Facebook or phone.

Do I need to be registered to place an order?

To place an order you will not need registration on the site. However, if you do, you can enjoy all the customer benefits including hobbies, discount codes, news, and much, much more!

Not sure how to choose my size how do I do?

You can consult our measurement chart here to take the measurements measure from one piece of you the length (from the highest point to the neckline to the bottom) and the chest (just below the sleeves from side to side) and compare with the measurements from our table.

Do you make other kind of articles? For example baby bodysuit or t-shirts of a color that is not available?

Get in touch with us for sure that we can fulfill your wishes. We work with a lot of suppliers. Maybe someone has the article you want.

How can I pay for my order?

We have various forms of payment suitable for all types of customers. These include: ATM Reference, MBWay, Payshop, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (paid on delivery only for orders below 45€). The Cash on Delivery service adds a fee of 1.50€ to the final order value.

What is the value of shipping?

For orders placed on the website with delivery in Portugal shipping will be free for orders over 35.00€. Otherwise the value will be 4€ or 9.60€ for shipments to the rest of Europe.

How is my order shipped and the delivery time?

Orders are sent via CTT registered mail, that is, the usual postman will deliver to the indicated address. Shipping times after order confirmation will be from 1 to 3 working days. Deliveries by registered mail to mainland Portugal, will be from 1 to 3 days to mainland Portugal, 5 to 15 days to the islands and up to 30 days for international shipments. Except for exceptions. I really have urgency in the request is it possible to speed up the process?

Here at Megaphone we always try to respond to customer needs. In such a situation you contact us preferably by mobile phone, but you can also do it by email or Facebook and expose the situation. If possible we will answer your needs.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

To use a discount code you will need to finalize your order, and on the “Payment Information” page there will be a field at the bottom where you can enter the code and check the discount.

If you are not home at the time of delivery?

At the time of delivery if no one is at the address, a postal notice will be left for withdrawal within 5 working days at the usual CTT store.

How long do I have to pick up the order at CTT?

Upon receipt of the CTT pickup notice you have 5 business days to pick up the order at the usual CTT store.

I already received my order, but the size does not fit me, what can I do?

In cases where the size is not adequate it is possible to perform the size change. To do so, see the procedure here. We only exchange articles available on the site.

After all I don't like the article I ordered. Can I change?

As long as the item is not customized to the customers taste and is in perfect condition and within the exchange period, the exchange will be made. see the procedure here.

In the order I made a t-shirt is defective. What do I do?

We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please get in touch with us! All return shipping charges will be borne by us.

I went to the post office to pick up, but the order was no longer there! And now?

After 5 business days, if the order is not picked up at CTT it will be returned to us. Resend will only be made after payment of new shipping even if the shipping was free.

I love your t-shirts, but I'm out of the country. Can you send it to me anyway?

We ship to all over Europe, and from outside Portugal shipping costs 9.60€.

Do custom t-shirts with a picture and text of my choice?

We carry out customizations to the customers taste, to receive a quote just send us the image/detailed description, quantity, desired article and color. Please note the payment of these items must be done in advance and we do not exchange them. Therefore, pay special attention to the choice of size in our measurement chart.
