How can I place an order at Megaphone?

Do I need to create an account to buy?

No. Whenever that option is available, you may complete your purchase without creating an account. However, registering may make future purchases easier and allow you to keep track of your order history.

How do I choose the right size?

You can check our size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements of one of your own garments with the measurements shown on the website, especially for customized products, as exchanges may be limited in those cases.

Are the items already made or customized on request?

It depends on the product. At Megaphone you may find products with ready-made designs available on the website, as well as customized items or products made according to the options selected by the customer.

Can I request a personalized item with my own image, text or logo?

Yes. We produce customized items subject to prior review. To request a quotation, simply send us the details of what you need, including quantity, type of product, sizes, colors and, where applicable, the image or file to be used.

Do you only make t-shirts or other products as well?

We work with several types of products, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs and other customizable items. If you are looking for a specific product that you cannot find on the website, please contact us so we can check availability.

Which payment methods are available?

The available payment methods will be shown during checkout, according to the current store configuration. If you have questions before completing your order, you can check the payment methods page or contact us directly.

How much will I pay for shipping?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on the type of item, level of customization, destination and shipping carrier. Estimated timings are usually shown in the store or communicated during the order process. If you need the order urgently, we recommend contacting us before purchasing.

Can my order be expedited if I need it urgently?

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before completing the purchase. We will do our best to confirm whether production and delivery within your requested timeframe are possible.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, whenever you have a valid discount code. In most cases you can enter it during checkout in the relevant field. The discount will be applied according to the terms of the campaign in force.

What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered?

The delivery procedure depends on the carrier used. In case of absence, a notice may be left, a new delivery attempt may be scheduled or the parcel may be redirected to a pickup point, depending on the shipping service applied.

Can I exchange an item if the size does not fit?

Non-customized items may, in many cases, be eligible for exchange, provided that the applicable conditions are met. Customized products or products made according to the customer's instructions may not be eligible for exchange. Please check our shipping and returns page for more details.

Can I return an order?

Returns and the right of withdrawal depend on the type of product purchased and the applicable legal framework. Customized products may be excluded from that right. Please read our shipping and returns page for full details.

I received a defective item or there was a mistake with my order. What should I do?

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs and your order number, so that we can review the situation and help you resolve it.

Do you ship outside Portugal?
