Serigraphy

Textile screen printing is a printing process in which ink is transferred - by the pressure of a raclette - through a prepared canvas. The screen or matrix screen, usually made of polyester or nylon, is stretched on a wooden, aluminum or steel frame. The screen is engraved by the exposure process, where the matrix prepared with a photosensitive emulsion is placed on a photolith, which matrix and photolith set in turn on a light table. The dark areas of the photolith correspond to the locations that will open on the screen, allowing ink to pass through the fabric weft, and the light or transparent areas (where light will pass through the photolith reaching the emulsion) are waterproofed by the hardening of the photosensitive emulsion that has been exposed to light.

Flex

Flex embossing is the method of personalization where transfer films also known as transfers are used. Once trimmed, they are applied via heat transfer to all types of tissues. These transfers are heat-activated, pressure-fixed adhesive pvc films. They are also called “cut transfers” because they are cut into plotters and later applied. They can be of one color, with textures (perforated, velvety flock, reticular, crystal) or special effects (metallized, luminescent, fluorescent).

Direct Printing

Direct printing also known as DTG (direct-to-garment) is the latest textile personalization technology. As its name implies, through textile printers designs are printed directly on the fabric of the pieces. This customization method allows unlimited color reproduction up to 1200x1200 dpi resolutions.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the most suitable customization system to add value to your garments. It is a very resistant and high quality technique that we recommend mainly for work uniforms, sports clubs or prestigious events. We customize t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts or hats from 10 units. We offer 2 types of custom embroidery, the classic on the piece or the thermo adhesive shields, which can be baked or pressed onto the garment.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a physical process of direct transformation from solid phase to gas phase without passing through the liquid phase, which represents the intermediate level of agitation of the particles. This process occurs under specific pressure and temperature situations for certain materials. The sublimation printing process is a printing technique that aims to stamp difficult fabrics and rigid materials with the aid of an inkjet printer, special paper and thermal press. However, by its chemical formula, it is a different process from the pigment inks of desktop printers known to users. For this reason, normal desktop pigment printers will generally not work with sublimation inks.

The mugs are personalized using a so-called sublimation embossing technique. Sublimation is a hot transfer process, using subliminal inks printed digital transfer, which, at high temperature and pressure, evaporates and migrates to the polyester resins present in the mugs, returning to their solid state. contact with that surface. One of the most striking features of sublimation is the fact that the parts produced through this process are very resistant to washing, scratching and extreme temperatures such as hot and cold.
